How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 4-7 business days depending on your location.
Are your fragrances alcohol-free?
Our attars are traditionally oil-based and alcohol-free. Please check the individual product description for the exact composition, as this can vary by fragrance.
How long does the fragrance last on skin?
Longevity varies by fragrance family and skin type, but most of our attars and perfumes are formulated for long-lasting wear - typically 6-8 hours or more.
Can I return a product if I don't like the scent?
For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrance products can't be returned. Please see our Return Policy for full details on what is eligible.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Payment options available at checkout depend on your order and location. All available methods, including COD where applicable, are shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you can track its status anytime from the Order History section of your account.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
We recommend a small patch test before full application, especially if you have sensitive skin, as with any fragrance product.
Do you ship internationally?
