Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used items cannot be accepted back for hygiene reasons.

Gift sets, sample vials, and items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return. Products damaged due to misuse are also excluded.

To start a return, reach out to us via the Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery. Our team will confirm eligibility and share the next steps.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
